About the wine:
Our first ever rose made only from our Estate Pinot and Estate Cabernet Franc. Delicious and fruity aromas of wild field strawberries and orange marmalade greets the nose. The palate is crisp and juicy with a medium finish. Notes of strawberry and citrus make a very mouth watering, easy drinking rose. This is a crowd pleaser for sure!
Pair this crisp rose with spinach salad with goat cheese, strawberries with balsamic reduction dressing, salmon dishes, charcuterie, you name it this rose will probably go with it! On the Chain Reaction patio pair it with our Heritage Pizza or Burrata Bomb.

Winemaking:
- The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed, and crushed separately
- They then had less than 3 hrs. of skin contact at warmer temperatures before being gently pressed.
- The juice was chilled and after settling for 72 hours, racked from solids to stainless steel tank.
- Inoculated with a selected yeast strain, the fermentation was kept cool (14-16°C) with fermentation taking 3 weeks.
- Wine was held in stainless steel before being stabilized, and crossflow filtered prior to bottling.
