About the wine:
Our Midnight sparkling wine is a blend of 70% Riesling and 30% Gewurztraminer. It is slightly off-dry with notes of apple and lime zest and a crsip, fresh acidity. Light and easy sipping; it is a perfect wine to serve with light seafood or chicken or simply drink on its own to celebrate a special achievement!
